LabView

  1. mastering the LabVIEW software platform and its development methods and processes for the NI myDAQ hardware platform and USB camera.
  2. use myDAQ to generate a number of voltage test points specified by the user on demand.
  3. complete the analysis and processing of the handheld multimeter image files taken by the camera through image processing algorithms to finally obtain the displayed values.
  4. the ability to analyze the error of each test point and give the calibration results.
  5. generate Excel-type calibration report, which should contain the test time, the test personnel and the detailed test information of each test point.
  6. require software with good human-computer interaction interface, beautiful and practical. Software code specification, neat and tidy, and with the necessary comments.
  7. complete the overall development and debugging of the project.

The system is built so that the system can output analog voltages through NI myDAQ, measure them through a Digital Multi-meter (DMM), identify the multimeter readings through visual images, and give a pass or fail for each test point, and finally generate a test report.
